Hagel Says McCain Smarter Than His Comments
May 21, 2008Chuck Hagel, speaking at a Ploughshares Fund event, said McCain doesn’t mean the things he’s saying in this campaign.
“Presidential candidates will say many things in a campaign,” Hagel added. “I am very upset with John about some of things he is saying… He is smarter than some of the things he is saying.”
I don’t know who the hell John is anymore. WTF?
The truth Alan, is that campaigns are an excellent barometer of the measure of a man. (or woman)
The stress is great, the decisions are crucial, final, and immediate.
And Barack Obama has surprised everyone. He hit the floor running, spending money wisely, organizing efficiently, and communicating national issues through out the country with authority.
Then Reverend Wright happened.
Barack never spoke about Hillary’s “sniper snafu” (I coined that!) never attacked her on her Whitewater, never mentioned her FBI controversy.
Yet she took every opportunity to disparage his pastor, his comments on bitter rurals, and twist just about everything he said to fit her preferred frame.
Mcain has just entered the race and already he is talking stupid.
Remember people no matter how great they tell you they are or how experienced or God-fearing, the proof is in the pudding.
And right now the pudding is on the table.
Eat up.
Hagel is being too nice.
McMoron has been a dumbass since he got into his Senate office. Hopefully the rest of America will come to realize that.
He’s sold his soul for a presidential campaign, and the devil’s collecting its due early (the lobbyist scandal).
Yeah, Barack kicks ass.

… or rather, refrains from kicking ass, and speaks politely and directly about real problems.

He might be losing his memory…is that what you call smart? Jeez, we americans are so “blind” to realize this. We must be the ones not smart enough to see who we are voting for.
Oh McCain is not on the top of my list of people to vote for. That is actually scary…to know that most americans trust an almost blind old man who can call you a JERK at anytime. I’m content with either Hilary or Obama.
But I really want a black president and see how we do. That’ll really show how divided this nation is.
