Who Is The Most Liberal Of Them All?
May 20, 2008It’s not Obama, as the right-wingers want America to believe. According to Progressive Punch, which rates all votes, it’s New Jersey’s Frank Lautenberg for the 2007-08 session thus far. Obama weighs in at number 41. Lifetime, Obama is 25th, with Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island leading hit parade. But the National Journal cherry-picked 99 votes to decide who is liberal. So, voting to establish a Senate Office of Public Integrity means you’re liberal, as does voting to implement the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.
And the Obama-bashers fail to note that John McCain wasn’t rated in this ranking because he missed too many votes.
If they all had nukes in the middle east ,would we be in Iraq now? [you decide].
All but 4 [liberals] voted to make the patriot act permanent. lol.
That means 4 democrats voted no!

More freedom, less regulation, and more POWER to the people in liberalland? NOT !
I think a cross over parody version of Irving Berlin’s Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and the wicked Queens speech to the mirror on the wall needs to be written.
